TP Series

Triplex pumps provide medium volume (3 GPM) at pressures up to 2500 PSI. All of the Triplex models feature standard brass manifold; stainless steel and aluminum are optional. Ceramic plungers are standard. Don't forget to get some extra pump oil.

General Pumps - The High Ranking Pump

A General pressure washer pump is the ideal choice for medium flow applications utilizing high pressure ratings. But that’s not all that these pumps are known for since they produce several models with a wide range of capacities. These pumps use high-grade materials and excellent engineering to produce a product that is a leader in the industry for medium duty pumps.

General pumps are ideal for medium duty applications such as cleaning exterior siding, patios, decks and asphalt. The larger more powerful General pump, like the TS and T series, can handle industrial and heavy construction applications. In fact, the most powerful models can be used for hydro drilling and root cutting. Their standard construction consists of ceramic plungers and a standard brass manifold that allows the pump to operate very smoothly.

The TP and EZ/TX series of General pressure washer pumps are smaller pumps designed for medium flow rates at pressure ratings ranging from 2000 to 2500 psi. Featuring flow rates of 3 or 4 gallons per minute these pumps are ideally suited for power washing operations. Each General pressure washer pump comes equipped with gas powered engines that produce 5.5 to 13 HP. Although the standard manifold is constructed of brass consumers have the option of selecting aluminum or stainless steel as well.

The TS and T Series of General pumps are known for producing high pressure ratings coupled with high flow rates. Given their capacity for producing up to 5000 psi at 5 gallons per minute make them the ideal choice for jobs where large capacities are required. Their use of high quality materials along with precise engineering make these pumps leaders in the heavy duty sector. To achieve performance ratings such as these, 11 to 24 HP gas engines are the power plant of choice for these models.

A General pressure washer pump is a pump you can count on if you need to produce high flow rates under high pressure ratings. Given their incredible power capacity these models are relatively inexpensive since they only cost a few hundred dollars. If you’re a business owner looking to explore some of the alternatives applications that your pressure washer system can handle then these are the pumps for you. After all, if you’ve got a project that you know is going to be a tough battle, it’s always nice to know you have a general on your side.

• To prevent freezing use Environmentally Friendly or R.V. Antifreeze. (Always use for winter storage.)
• Change oil every 3-5 months or every 500 hours of operation (initial break-in oil change after first fifty hours).
• Flush water valves and detergent injectors with plain water on a regular basis after use.
• Use Line Strainer, 50 mesh minimum.
• Never store pump with water in it.
