Pipe, sewer and drain cleaning applications will usually require pressures between 1200 to 4000 PSI and more importantly utilize high flow rates to flush away debris. Sometimes a thrusting action is needed to pull the jetting hose long distances. Lines that are to be cleaned will determine spray pattern needed.
Ultimate Washer will provide any spray pattern listed below with the nozzle at no extra charge. All our high pressure nozzles are drilled depending on the pressure and flow from your pump. This will result in optimized equipment and cleaning performance. The choice of a particular nozzle will rely on jetting equipment and the applications, which include residential, commercial and municipal locations. We offer high pressure nozzles sizes from 1/8", suitable for small electric jetters used in residential applications. Typical production time for drilling of the pipe, drain or sewer nozzle you select is two days.
Features:
- High pressure nozzles are drilled to match pump flow and pressure specs for optimum equipment performance.
- 2.0 GPM to 60 GPM flow range -- 1/8", 1/4", 3/8", 1/2", 3/4" & 1" NPT sizes.
- Heat treated 416ss for corrosion and wear resistance, rated to 10,000 PSI.
- Several spray patterns are available to satisfy all cleaning applications.
- Knurled bodies makes hand tightening possible without tools (a nice feature when your hands and hose are wet and slippery.)
- Excellent for pipe cleaning, sewer and drain cleaning.

Button Nose Jetting Nozzle
The Button Nose ("BN") nozzle is well suited for general drain cleaning applications. It's short body and smooth round nose make it ideal for tight turns in traps and elbows, reducing hang ups. We've increased the functionality over typical round nose sewer nozzles with the addition of a second grove which permits steeper thrust angles and more pulling power while maintaining a streamlined body. This unique design permits multiple angle combinations on one nozzle.
Features:
- Rated up to 10,000 PSI and 60 GPM
- Knurled Body for Easy Grip
- Heat Treated 416 Stainless Steel
- Ideal for Tight Turns in Traps and Elbows
- Short Body and Round Nose
- For Drain and Industrial Cleaning

Jet Nose Jetting Nozzle
The Jet Nose ("J") nozzle is the standard in the industrial tube and pipe cleaning industry. However, the longer length and 45 degree nose also as a piercing rod in sewer & drain cleaning applications. One to four forward facing orifices will help to penetrate heavy grease, soap, or even ice filled lines. Great all-around high pressure nozzles!
Features:
- Rated up to 10,000 PSI and 60 GPM
- Knurled Body for Easy Grip
- Heat Treated 416 Stainless Steel
- Ideal for Piercing Heavily Blocked Lines
- Longer and Pointed Design
- For Industrial Tube Cleaning

Rotor Jet Nozzle
The Rotary Jet ("RJ") is a revolving nozzle utilizing the combined forces of 0 degree & 45 degree angles rotating under pressure, creating a continuous "wall of water" to maximize line restoration. A valuable feature of the RJ is the field replaceable rotor which extends the nozzle's service life. Each and every RJ sewer nozzle is tested before shipment to assure it's rotational capabilities. Please note that due to the close tolerances between the moving parts of a spinning nozzle, we recommend that before using the RJ high pressure nozzles in any drain line that a preliminary cleaning pass has been made with a BN or J Type nozzle first.
Features:
- Rated up to 10,000 PSI and 60 GPM
- Knurled Body for Easy Grip
- Heat Treated 416 Stainless Steel
- Ideal as a Finishing or Polishing Tool
- For Thorough Rinsing but Not Necessarily Heavy Blasting
- 360 Degree Coverage Inside a Pipe
