Shipping / Delivery Information
  • NOTE: Residential deliveries are subject to residential delivery fee.
  • For international orders, read our International Shipping Policy and FAQ
  • Normal shipping is by UPS or Freight.  If the product is in stock it will ship on the next business day; otherwise you will be notified about the lead time..
  • All products are shipped FREE of charge within the Continental US.
  • Freight carriers sometimes charge a one time residential fee that the customer is responsible for (not included in shipping).  Usually the residential fee is around $35.00.
  • The freight carrier will call you to schedule delivery after the product has shipped.
  • If customer is not available to schedule a delivery time the product will be returned to us and the customer is responsible for reshipping charges. 
  • If the customer decides they do not want the product after shipment they are responsible for all shipping charges and a 25% restocking fee.
  • All special freight carrier requests such as inside delivery, lift gate, arrival notification, residential delivery, sort and segregate, and help unloading costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping costs posted online.  The customer will have to pay any additional fees for these special requests.
  • Redelivery fee will apply if the item travelling by freight cannot be delivered on the first attempt. Even if the second attempt is on the same day.
  • There will be an appointment fee (different than arrival notification fee) for freight deliveries if the carrier needs to work around the customer's schedule.
  • There may be a hazardous materials fee where applicable.
  • There may be limited access fees for military bases, campuses, prisons and hospitals.
  • Customer must inspect the product(s) at the time of delivery for damage.  If severe damage has occurred please refuse the product and call us so that we may ship out a replacement ASAP.  If there is a broken part please call us with the part number and serial number and we will have a replacement part shipped to you ASAP.
  • We can ship some products in large quantities to Alaska & Hawaii, but shipping costs vary and must be quoted by phone.
  • Once a product is shipped we cannot cancel an order.

  • When you are ready to checkout (did you visit every department?), click on the "View cart" button at the top right of your screen or select "Go to Payments" if you already are in the shopping cart section of the web site. Select your preferred payment method (please note that if you select the Business or Personal Check options, we will patiently wait for a check before we ship your merchandise). We require a minimum purchase of $200.00 for Purchase Orders Requirements because of the extra time and money involved in checking your credit history and references. Purchase Orders must be faxed along with credit and bank references for approval to: (425) 977-1837. No Purchase Orders will be processed without prior approval of our accounting department. There will be no exceptions.
  • It is important for Credit Card purchases that the name on the card and billing address match. Middle initials must also be included or the credit card company will decline your purchase.
  • Finally, you will be presented with a confirmation number. In addition, if you entered an e-mail address at time of checkout, you will receive an automatic order confirmation. If you need to make any changes to your order, please do not hesitate to call us. We're here to help.

We reserve the right to change this policy at any time without notice. All returned checks are subject to a $25 return check fee, if the face value does not exceed $50; $30, if the face value exceeds $50 but does not exceed $300, $40, if the face value exceeds $300, or an amount of up to 5 percent of the face amount of the check, whichever is greater.  In the event of legal action for recovery, the maker of the worthless check may be additionally liable for court costs and reasonable attorney's fees.

Free shipping includes shipping to 48 US continental states (not including Alaska and Hawaii).

Troubleshooting: common problems and solutions

100% Satisfaction Guaranteed Return Policy

If after you purchase any product from Ultimate Washer, at any time within 30 days, you feel that, for any reason, it fails to live up to your expectations, return it to us and we will immediately refund your money. The following conditions apply.

  • All products needing service that are under warranty must be taken to a warranty center listed in your manual.
  • Any item received damaged or parts missing must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
  • All specialty ordered or custom items are non-refundable / non-returnable.
  • All returns must have a return merchandise authorization number issued (RMA) written on the box.
  • RMA is void if product is not returned within 14 days of RMA being issued.
  • No returns after 30 days of purchase.
  • Products must be returned in new condition and in the original box (never been used).
  • Credit cannot be issued if product is missing instructions, the box, any hardware, and/or is damaged in any way.
  • Books, VHS Tapes, and DVD's cannot be returned for any reason.
  • All returns are subject to a 25% restocking charge.
  • Shipping is non-refundable.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping cost.
  • Products returned to us without a return merchandise authorization number (RMA) will be refused.
  • Products being returned must be shipped by UPS Ground or Freight.
  • Products refused by the customer upon delivery are subject to a 25% restocking fee and all shipping charges.
  • If the shipping company is not able to deliver due to no fault on our part, the customer is subject to return shipping  and reshipment charges.

If your shipment contains a defective product or we sent you the wrong product:

  • Return the defective item and we will replace it at no cost to you. We will issue an RMA
  • Items must be in the original packaging, in as-new condition with the packaging slip, all warranty cards, and accessories (if applicable)
  • Please allow approximately 7-10 business days for your return to be processed once it has arrived at the warehouse.
  • Customer must ship back the product within 14 days of the replacement product being shipped. If the defective product is not shipped within this 14 day period we will charge the customer for the broken item.
  • If we supply our UPS account for return, you must use UPS Ground only. Any delivery service upgrade will result in customer being charged for that service.

There are two options available to handle returns in these cases:

  • Option 1: Place order for replacement item to ship immediately by providing credit card information. This will alleviate wait time for return processing. We will issue credit upon reciept of the returned item and assessment.

  • Option 2: Send defective or incorrect item first, wait for return evaluation. Once we complete assessment we will send replacement / repaired part depending on warranty evaluation.

Exchanges:

Ordered the wrong product? If you request a replacement, we will ship it after we receive and process your returned product. If you need a replacement right away, we suggest you request a credit (rather than a replacement), when you obtain your RMA number. Then, place a new order. The new order will be shipped as soon as we have the product available and a credit will be applied approximately 7-10 days after we receive the product(s) you are returning in their original condition within 30 days. Damaged items will not be refunded if they are in unresalable conditions. We recommend you insure your package.

Statement of Warranty

At Ultimate Washer, we only distribute top quality industrial/commercial/personal pressure washers that are designed for light and heavy-duty use, maximum reliability, durability and long life. Our pressure washers are built for lowest possible price and are suitable for all duty applications and steady use due to higher quality levels.

The manufacturer of this product agrees to repair or replace designated parts that prove defective within the warranty period listed in the chart below. Specific limitations and exclusions apply. This warranty covers defects in material and workmanship and not failure due to normal wear, depreciation, abuse, accidental damage, negligence, improper use, maintenance or storage. To make claim under the terms of the warranty, all parts said to be defective must be returned to a designated Warranty Service Center for warranty inspection. The judgments and decisions of the factory-authorized personnel concerning the validity of warranty claims are final. Items not covered by the warranty given us include:

Motors, engines and pumps: These components are covered by warranties given by their respective manufacturers. These warranties pass through to the end user. As a factory authorized and trained warranty service center the factory will honor the terms of all component warranties and satisfy claims of the appropriate warranty provisions.

Normal wear items include but are not limited to: hoses, nozzles, filter, valves, seals and are not covered by this warranty.

This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied , including without limitation any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose and all such warranties are hereby disclaim ed and excluded by the Manufacturer. The Manufacturer's warranty obligation is limited to repair and replacement of defective products as provided herein and the Manufacturer shall not be liable for any further loss, damages or expenses, including damages from shipping, accident, abuse, acts of God, misuse or neglect. Neither is damage from repairs using parts not purchased from the Manufacturer or alterations performed by non-factory authorized personnel. Failure to install and operate equipment according to the guidelines put forth in the instruction manual shall void warranty.

This warranty does not cover the following: machines used for rental purposes, damage resulting from shipping (claims must be filed with freighter), accident, abuse, acts of God, misuse or neglect. Neither is damage from repairs or alteration performed by non-factory authorized personnel or failure to install and operate equipment according to the guidelines put forth in the instruction manual.

The manufacturer will not be liable to any persons for consequential damage, for personal injury or for commercial loss.
